European Association for the Generating Set Industry
A cross-border organisation registered as an official EU lobbying body. We bring together Europe's most prominent companies and trade associations into a powerful, unified voice for the European generating set industry.
Who We Are
EUROPGEN is the European Association for the Generating Set Industry. Registered as an official lobbying organisation in the European Union, we represent the interests of the industry in Brussels and across the continent.
Generating sets keep modern Europe running: in hospitals, data centres, factories, events and homes. When the grid is challenged or fails, they are the difference between light and dark, between running and halted. EUROPGEN exists to make sure lawmakers and regulators fully understand what our industry can do, and to help it grow stronger, safer and more sustainable.
Through ten working groups, our members combine knowledge and experience to shape the legislation, standards and network codes that govern generating set products and services across Europe.

Committed to improving the reputation of the industry through working groups that bring together knowledge and experience and produce best-practice guidelines.
By bringing together members from all parts of the energy market, it strengthens bonds, promotes cross-border trade and helps deliver a stronger EU industry.
